Potsticker Soup

Ingredients:

2 tbsp minced ginger

6 minced garlic cloves

1 Tbsp sesame oil

8 cups low sodium chicken stock

4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

1 bunch green onions, chopped

2 large carrots, grated

1.5 lb bag of frozen potstickers

2 1/2 cups fresh spinach

Toasted sesame seeds to top

Directions:

1. Sauté your minced garlic and ginger in your 1 Tbsp of sesame oil until fragrant

2. Add 8 cups of chicken stock to pot, along with your prepared green onions, carrots and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.

4. Add your frozen dumplings and boil for about 3-5 minutes. Add your spinach and let wilt before serving. Top with sesame seeds if desired
