Chocolate Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding
Prepping some of this single serving chia seed pudding for a quick breakfast or snack on the go has been super helpful!
Ingredients:
1 cup milk 🐄
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup Greek yogurt 🐄
2 tbsp cocoa powder OR 1 scoop of favorite chocolate protein powder
2 tsp honey or real maple syrup
Fresh raspberries to garnish
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or sealable container, mix together and allow to sit for 15 minutes to allow chia seeds to gel.
2. Whisk together vigorously once more before placing in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours. Top with fresh raspberries before enjoying. Good for up to 5 days in the fridge!
