A fun way to add more color to your week!

This protein packed smoothie tastes as pretty as she looks. I love it for a breakfast on the go or a summertime snack — the protein from the yogurt and real milk helps keep me full and satiated!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup frozen mango

1/4 cup vanilla yogurt 🐄

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flax seeds

1/4 cup fresh pineapple

Handful of spinach

1/4 cup (less if you like a thicker smoothie) of real milk 🐄
