Beet & Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 beet, peeled & chopped

1/2 banana

3/4 cup blueberries (frozen for better texture!)

1/2 vanilla Greek yogurt

1/4 cup milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tsp flax seed (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender & blend until smooth!
