Maple Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
Atlantic or Sockeye Salmon filets, frozen & thawed or fresh
4 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp real maple syrup
2 tbsp cold butter, finely grated 🐄
(Spices to taste) I used:
1 Tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 Tsp red chili flakes
1 Tsp dill, fresh or dried
Directions:
1. Combine & mix brown sugar, maple syrup & spices in a bowl until a paste forms. Top salmon filets with mixture and evenly coat.
2. Sprinkle filets evenly with grated cold butter
If baking, preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake on a lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes. If desired, add more maple glaze to the tops of salmon after 10 minutes of baking.
